Leroy Merlin online shopping mess.

I can't write here without awarding one star. Too kind for the worst shopping experience I have had in many years. Ordered copper pipe and fittings through Leroy Merlins online shop "click and collect" service. I ordered and paid in full on the 27th of June 2020. Got an Email on the 30th June letting me know the order was picked and ready for collection. I could only get to the Greenstone shop where I am suppose to pick up this order on the 04th of July. After waiting well over an hour I was told the order is incomplete as they do not have stock. I have since phoned and requested a call back, but just like in the store I'll have to wait till they deem me worthy off their time.
