Leroy Merlin Online Shopping FAIL
I have been trying to return an item bought online for a refund for more than a month! Online platform for returns incredibly frustrating. Keep on receiving e-mail that the request has been resolved, BUT IT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. Impossible to speak to anyone in person. Do not buy from Leroy Merlin Online. Worst experience ever
