Leroy Merlin online shopping
I purchased a slimline tank and Pergola online at Leroy Merlin to be delivered. Both items where plenty of in stock - at the time of purchase. 30 days later and 2 tickets logged to query we are informed the Pergola is out of stock and we must wait for new stock (no new delivery date indicated) and the tank is out for delivery but not receiving it. When I phone the service desk I'm placed on hold for a "manager" assistance for 25 min then cut off. I'm canceling the order and asking for a refund.
