Leroy Merlin online delivery not received for more than 3 months and they not done anything about it.l as a customer have to carry the loss aloneer have to

I bought a item at leroy merlin marketplace from a supplier called ACA Hardware Distributors. This order was done and paid for in March 2026 and now we are in June 2026 l have not received my order .when l.follow up my order they say the order was delivered at my address and there is a funny signature l dont recognize and they have no id number of the person tbey claim received my item.l have followed up enough times and up to now there is no response and nothing is being done ro assist me with reimbur*****t or replacement. They say they cant make a loss and l have to carry the loss.l cant believe this kind of service from a big shop like Leroy Merlin L shall continue to review them on all platforms until my order is received. Never buy from ACA Hardware Distributors through Leroy Merlin online once anything goes wrong they treat you so badly
