Leroy Merlin Online *******

WHAT A USELESS BUNCH OF CRETINS I paced an order which was delivered - but I never received it, then according to the tracker, it was "undelivered" A week later it was redelivered but I had to run round the complex trying to find my parcels, seems there is a problem reading addresses To my complete joy, I open my parcel, to not only find the incorrect item but broken too!!!!!!! Have you ever tried calling Leroy Merlin - don't!!!!!!!!!!!! 100 options on the phone, eventually you get through to someone - who of course can't assist, put on hold so long the call ends I now have 8 useless reference numbers from 8 useless people whom I will no doubt ever hear from again When I ask what their intentions are, am I going to get a replacement or a refund .... a deathly silence Can one lay a charge of theft???????????????????????? Please do yourself a favour, unless you live in Johannesburg , and can physically go to their stores, stay away from this bunch of *******
