Leroy Merlin not delivering on scheduled delivery date...again

Every time I place an online order the delivery date is indicated, but the delivery is never made on that day. I always have to follow up with Leroy Merlin to try and find out when delivery will take place. I am currently waiting for a delivery that was suppose to be delivered on 23 December, and have not received an update from Leroy Merlin even after the deliver date was a week ago?

How will this complaint be dealt with?, I've been through this a couple of times already...? I will receive yet another phone call from someone at Leroy Merlin, and I will waste my time to explain to them that the delivery date is important since workers are scheduled according to when material will be delivered. Every time I order from Leroy Merlin this is an issue, why cant you keep to the delivery dates that you indicate when ordering????
