Leroy merlin no stock and no refund

If I could give 0 starts I would. Ordered items from them more than a week back. Was mailed a week later saying they don't have items in stock but online still shows in stock. Was told that funds would be reimbursed but till today no communication or refund. A email with details would be appreciated so unprofessional.
