Leroy Merlin - No Service from the Building Material Dept

We were at the Little Falls branch this morning to order building material that needed to be delivered to Chloorkop. Unfortunately we had to drive through to the Greenstone branch, Which we had no problem doing. We arrived at Greenstone, registered online, bought a light that we couldn't find at the Little Falls branch. (All the way people were friendly) We then went to the Building Material area. The lady did not take down her name) was busy with a client, we waited while she finished with the client. Asked her we needed a quote/ order and then arrange for delivery. She said she would call someone to assist as she was unable to help us. We waited about 25 minutes and we decided to leave with no service as all. We drove 41 km's and no service at all.
