Leroy Merlin Nightmare

Leroy Merlin sells building products and lies to customers about delivery to get the sale then never delivers.I bought building Bricks exepected to be delivered the next day.Nothing been delivered for 3 days now.Called the customer centre 5 times .Every agent says sorry and promises delivery but nothing happens.I have builders now that i have to pay for 3 working days that have just sat around doing nothing.Ive not experienced a more pathetic service than this in a long while.Leroy ur customer base will decline because of your lies and promises u dont keep and u will eventually go down the tubes.This is a surity if ur business motto is Fib to get a sale and say sorry a hudred times but dont do anything to solve the issues you create.
