Leroy Merlin must cancel their website for online purchases it is horrible!

One start is still a lot. Leroy Merlin must just cancel their website for online purchases, nothing works! I ordered a motor battery and surge protectors and struggled to check out. I called their number and I was told it is because there was no stock for the battery and I can only purchase the surge protector plugs, 15 minutes after my purchase I get a call from them telling me there is no stock. HOW? That is just the beginner the second person from their store called me to tell me they can source me the products from their other branch. 2 different stories from people who work for the same store!!!
