Leroy Merlin - money refund for Bosch Blue drill faulty

I bought a blue Bosch wireless 18v drill very excited from Leroy Merlin … thought they were the best .. not good at all battery lasts so little compared to previous black decker. Within my 2nd drill sparks were flying out of the Bosch. Returned the product and been waiting over 10days for a refund going on 12 days. Seems admin is processing, Disappointed as it was promised to be returned within reasonable time. Not being able to use my nee tool cost me valuable time too. No return, no communication, disappointed much with Leroy Merlin Fourwsys and head office.
