Leroy merlin market place

I ordered for the first time on Leroy merlin market place on 12th June 2024. I have placed an order for a gas heater and waited 3 weeks and the package has still not been delivered. I did pay for the gas heater and delivery in advance. I kept phoning the call centre and they kept saying they will follow up but to no avail, I still have not received the package to this day, which is the 4th of July 2024. I have called and emailed and my query is still being followed up. The seller has not contacted me or updated me. It is frustrating, expecially now that we are in a winter month. The seller from the Leroy merlin market place is Adegoso and I have placed a heater order with them and still have not received it. I also have to phone several times to get feedback and assistance. Trade has become insensitive in this way and people who support these businesses with their hard earned money are being sidetracked. Let's do better in giving better customer service in order to promote better business practice.
