Leroy Merlin Little Falls pathetic service

Pethetic service form the so called Bathroom section Manager Sello i orderd R50000+ bathroom materials where it was delivered 3 times to the wrong address after fighting 3months for all the material and messaging Sello 100 times i only received the last of my material last week (Since October). When installing my material the flush plate is not compatible with the toilet provided after asking him if it will work he responded "they are all the same it will work" after informing him they dont fit i am now waiting a week again just for him to inform me what the situation is. Im tired of begging this man for service and solutions and when he sees you its like nothing ever happend!!!
