Leroy Merlin Little Falls - Disgrace!

Very dissapointed in Leroy Merlin little falls. We specifically went to their branch as another branch told us they had a specific tile in stock. We went there last Sunday, found out they had stock and spent R20 700 there. We asked to collect it the following Sunday, to which they agreed. We got there this past Sunday, they made us wait in the scorching heatwave for over a hour and a half with a child in the car with no feedback. We eventually followed up and they told me they cant locate our stock (65 boxes of tiles are just missing). They said they will make a plan and deliver the next day at no cost, did not hear from them at all, they phoned the next day arranging for the next day, did not hear from them at all. Now, calling all of my airtime away to Leroy Merlin, they had said they cant locate the stock. We paid people to tile our house this week and now we are just in great loss, because of Leroy Merlin, Little Falls.
