Leroy Merlin is a ****

********!!!! I bought an inverter online. First they took my money knowing they don’t have stock but this wasn’t reflected as such on their website.

Then they took a week to call me and offer me a new replacement.

Then they said delivery would be 3-5 days. That was 2 weeks ago. Then I got a call from someone claiming to be the courier who didn’t have an order number neither a systematic process of tracking my order. Let’s just say I don’t know how ITT Cape Town is still in business.

I’ve been calling them everyday for the past 4 days. Sometimes I get Patrick who claims he doesn’t know anything about my delivery. Or I get Brandon who’s always telling me he will call me back once he’s checked with his driver . . . He never does. Then there’s the driver. Real piece of work that one. Keeps saying he’s coming in the morning, then before 2pm, then before 4pm then before 5pm. Which turns into 2 days.

Meanwhile, Leroy has my money. What a ****! Next step - ombudsman. They tried the wrong person. I will not let them rest.
