Leroy Merlin is ****. I placed an order for a mobile UPS which I have since returned and requested a refund for. I am due a refund, it's week 3 now going from pillar to post. Each call ending with we will get back to you. The first agent told me that this was not their sale, that it's a "Market Place thing, My transaction was with Leroy Merlin not the third party to which the refer. I am currently being debited for an item that they collected long ago.
I just want my money back and never to have any dealings with them and their poor service. I have liaised with Thabsile, Nosipho, Lufhuno, Lloyd...the list is long - all of them yet to get back to me. I want my money back! Leroy Merlin is a ****. Leroy Merlin is a ****. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! WORST SERVICE EVER!
