Leroy Merlin is a ****

The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because I can’t give a Zero. I paid for an order on 31st January. After 8 weeks of waiting I had to cancel some of my order. I then placed another order in store in March and I still haven’t received any of the items from either order. Seems to be a complete ****. They have now “lost” my order from January and have requested that I prove to them that there was such an order. (To which they owe me over R8000 for the item that I had to cancel). Store Manager has stopped answering my phone calls and I’m left with nothing, having spent over R75 000 for the two orders.
