Leroy Merlin Horrible Customer Service

I ordered 2 items on black friday 24th November 2024. A week later i received only one of the two items even though the way bill clearly had two items on it, the driver and his assistant stated they only knew of the one. So i sent ama email to Leroy Merlin to quiery this. No repsonse i have called over 4 diffrent time. I have sent numerous emails to Judith Segwatlha and even though she takes 2 to 3 days to respond i have yet to rceive any feedback on where my item is or when will it be deliverd. They do not care about customer service clearly
