Leroy Merlin half delivery, missing package

In December I purchased 2 TOXIYA Portable 6 Position Folding Beds of which only one was delivered. The Courier Guy driver got out and handed me one package, I asked him where the other one was and he said he only received one and probably the other one is still coming, and this happens sometimes. So I had to sign for the package. When I logged into my Leroy Marln account to track the package, it stated that delivery was made. I reached out multiple times to try and locate my package with no success. They just say I received it even though I've said I didn't. I requested they investigate the supplier of the items, and the courier person because it had to have been ****** but to this day I am waiting for a response and I have not received a refund or any explanation.
