Leroy Merlin Greenstone -Horrible Service

I bought a gas heater online at the end of June from Left Merlin Greenstone branch. It was delivered in less than 48 hours which impressed me. The heater didn't work,which I suspected anyway when it arrived in packaging that was clearly not manufacture packaged and was most likely returned by another customer. I asked them to collect the heater, this was then a process, I lost count how many contacts I made for the heater to be collected, ultimately it was collected last week. Now to be reimbursed my money is just another uphill battle. I just want my money back for the ******* heater that I have returned to you.
