Leroy Merlin - Greenstone bad service

I went to the store (Leroy Merlin Greenstone) on 1/4/2021 and bought some items and requested that these items be delivered to my residence. I was given a date of delivery of the 6/4/2021. I still do not have delivery of the items, even after having called the store many many times. I keep getting told my delivery will arrive within the next 2 hours. I had ordered a contractor to be ready from the 6/4/2021 and he is charging me by the hour for his time. Who must now pay for these costs I am accumulating to keep the contractor on standby because I am told my delivery will take place within the next few hours?

I have called the store many times and I am tired of these empty promises and it is costing me on the other hand. I need my delivery right now.
