Leroy Merlin fourways pathetic online service

I ordered online on Monday and was told that I will receive my order *** - 283827 6 Oct I made arrangements to be home today to receive my order but NOTHING! I called but the automatic answer service prevents you from actually speaking to a human that works there! This is pathetic and the service is worse then that! Remember something I paid for this service and was told I will receive my order today and because of that I ordered and made arrangements to be available but this company does not value people's time!
