LEROY MERLIN FOURWAYS - OUT OF STOCK SHOP

When Leroy Merlin arrived to South Africa I was very happy. I visited their store in Greenside and was really impressed. Well organised, friendly service a a great variety of products. Some time later they opened another shop in Fourways and it made me even more happy because I live in the area. One day I needed a drainage grate for my house. I checked availability of the product in Fourways by internet which was confirmed and rode there immediately. The product was "out of stock".

Few days later I needed replacement batteries to my car remote control that were not very popular but "hurray!!!!" according to internet they were available in Fourways. I rushed there very quickly to find that they were "out of stock".

Some time later I needed a door bell so again I went to Leroy Merlin in Fourways. Really big and nice choice of door bells on display. The problem - almost all of them "out of stock".

After such experience 1. I propose to change the name of the shop to "OUT OF STOCK" or "OUT OF BUSINESS" maybe in French because it would sound more serious 2. Avoid this shop if you can at any cost because you would be wasting your time.

Now I also realised why their parking lot is practically empty - they have almost nothing to sell.
