Thank you for taking the time to chat with me yesterday.

What made the difference for me is the professional manner in which you handled my complaints, with understanding, knowledge and care.

It is refreshing to be able to deal with someone like yourself as opposed to some of the experiences that I had encountered in the branch.

I admit that I was already irate with the service that I had already received of empty promises and lies, which had only been made worse by the treatment that I had received from JP.

I think that certain staff members could honestly learn alot from you on what a Head of Department is and what customer service is and how it is to be done.
