Leroy Merlin False Advertising

I saw a Leroy Merlin ad online for wallpaper advertised at R198.00 until 05/05/2026. A few days later i tried to order online only to find the price had increased to R328.00. I sent an email to support on 16/04/2026. I received a ticket number #*** and thats where it ended. No updates received. I called the support line today and the unprodessionalism is shocking. Added to that was the tavern jams music you were subjected to during to extremely long wait. The lady eventually returned to tell me they are S T I L L investigating. I asked her if she would get back to me before the 5th as this is when the special supposedly ends. Needless to say, she didnt get it. This is the worse service ever! False advertising to the core. I highly doubt that it takes a week to do a price check. I would like a competent person to call me back, please dont call to tell me you are still checking on the price difference.
