LEROY MERLIN FALSE ADVERTISING AND PATHETIC SERVICE

The service is beyond bad and they have items in their online store advertised and sold outside of the Consumer Protection Act guidelines of fair and honest dealings, ommission or false information, and false advertising. I ordered a storage base set - supposedly supp**** by Bed Warehouse. The listing showed delivery nation wide, listed my area and showed a delivery fee of R500. When signing up on the site it gave me a R500 discount voucher which I app**** and the site app**** it to the delivery fee. Three days after placing the order I get a notification that Bed Warehouse rejected the sale as they do not deliver in my area. Trying to phone Leroy Merlin on their listed number on the website is useless - it just comes up continuously as "We are unable to take your call. Please leave a message." Message left and absolutely no call back. Try sending an email and guess what? NO RESPONSE THERE EITHER!!!!!! The worst of it is that suddenly the item is no longer listed on the site!!!!!!!
