Leroy Merlin, don't deliver!

No delivery whatsoever, the customer agents sounds pleasant, but blatantly lie to you. Ordered product 2 weeks ago and every time I call they say it will be delivered the next day. I would not recommend Leroy Merlin to anyone, it feels like I have been ****med. Requesting a refund on the portal require that I should have the product.
