Leroy Merlin doesn't deliver

I am highly disappointed by how Leroy is handling my order. What annoys me most is the lies and lack of communication. I ordered two aluminum windows and a sliding door and they promised to deliver on Friday, Thursday I got a message that my order is out. Till this day I haven't received my order, only one window with no tangible reason or communication, even the window that I received I had to call multiple times only to be told later that my order was. Split so I'll get deliveries from different courier service on Saturday, Saturday became Monday, Monday when I called they promised I'll get it before the end of the day on Monday , today it's Tuesday, I called them again, the consultant was at first clueless where my order was, promised to call me back after finding out. Later told it's in transit I'll get it before the end of the day, same story I was told Friday, Saturday and Monday. I requested contact details of the courier service, the courier continued with the before the end of the day story "your items are out for delivery, you'll get them before the end of the day". It's 20:18 now, I don't know what's happening or if I'll eventually get my order, I'm so frustrated
