Leroy Merlin doesnt care shem
This is probably toxic coz i went back and ordered from Leroy Merlin. Big mistake, things havent changed. ordered items went a week with no notification , then i went to the store were the items were supposed to come from and apparently they didnt know about my order yet its reflecting on my profile and now some of the items they were trying to give me alternatives. still not delivered and no one has called since the day i went to the store.other issue, got an item on marketplace. too small and i wanted to return and get refund, marketplace T&Cs say i have 14 days , seller trying to crucify me and being so rude, yet again Leroy Merlin doesnt respond to emails or any communication and i just want to return the items and get my money.
