Leroy Merlin doesn't care about customers.

Hi, I recently ordered a Gazebo from Leroy Merlin, Online purchases. In the description, they wrote under Material : Aluminium and fabric. They also made it clear that there was no store I could view the product at before the purchase, so I went with the description. After receiving the product, I contacted them via email and informed them that the Gazebo I received was indeed not aluminium, but rather galvanized steel, and I enquired about the mistake that was made, and more especially, about the false advertising. The response I got was that I had indeed received an aluminium Gazebo. I was then requested to send a video to prove it was not aluminium, so I sent one showing how a magnetic item miraculously stuck to the so called aluminium. I was then assured that the problem would be escalated. I waited patiently, only to receive an email saying they're waiting for my response. When I then questioned what response I was supposed to supply, they responded by saying that the website description was updated and if I would like a refund, I must send the item back. I in no way feel that I was in any way rightfully compensated for the misleading false description of the item, as I purposefully bought that specific Gazebo due to believing it to be aluminium. This is appalling, in the sense that I must now just accept that they honestly don't care enough to even apologize for their incompetence, as it was them who supp**** the description on the site, it was them who repeatedly told me the item was correct and it was them who insulted me, the consumer, by insulting my intelligence. I will at no point in the future recommend Leroy Merlin to anyone and I will not do business with them ever again. Highly disgusted.
