Leroy Merlin Delivery Fail
Usless! I ordered online, stock was all available and would be delivered on a date showed on online store. Never received good on that day. Called leroys, nobody can help. Went into store! 5 people later tell uscthere is NO STOCK and they Leroy actually is a middleman for another company that has the stock and will deliver!! When we googled that company nowhere could we find them online! I feel Leroy Merlin online ****ed us by selling a product they do not even have and now 8 people later we still waiting for someone in management to solve our delivery problems. In the meantime my building renovation has come to a grinding holt and i am paying people to sit around waiting for Leroys delivery! 😒 Very unhappy customer! Never buying online again from them, taking our business elsewhere!
