Leroy Merlin changing Orders without customer's consent
Leroy Merlin South Africa online is a ****. Operates like a ****a shop with no accountability. I bought Inverter Tig/Mig/MMA Welding Machine that was advertised online, ordered , order expected and paid. Then booom, delivery confirmation wants to deliver a cleaning sponge. What a wow. How did a welding machine change into a cleaning sponge? The staff online is blaming the glitch on their system. How is the glitch the customer's problem? The staff is putting a blame on the glitch and the supplier. I want a welding machine that was advertised.

I want the welding machines not a cleaning sponge and not refund.
False advertising is against the consumer Act.
You advertised welding machines, I paid for welding machines, so deliver welding machines.
Such a Big store that refuses to take responsibility of false advertising.
Your staff on Marketplace mentioned that there was a system glitch which was not my problem.
You Supplier contacted me and was very rude.
You courier company, Courier Guy was very rude.
I will be taking the matter to the next level if you are not willing to deliver the machines I bought.
Or else, shutdown your online store as it is a ****.
