Leroy Merlin Candy washing machine issue

Can you believe this. I recently bought a Candy so called 7kg washing machine on Leroy Merlin’s website order number ***-A. The wash tub size is not what I expected, I even consulted it is smaller, even my homes 7kg tub is bigger. The machine is brand new and used and am having a hard time now refunding and returning, this is contrary to their website easy return advertising. Please come fetch your unused machine and refund my funds please
