Leroy Merlin Boksburg landscaping department Floor Manager Kenneth treating customers as thrash

After spending my hard earned cash (more than 18k) at Leroy Merlin BOKSBURG on ceiling material, the guy loading short loaded my stuff of above R900 on Saturday, l couldn't go back on Sunday so l went back on Monday, Floor manager KENNETH was called to assist, he told me my issue didn't make common sense (sic), was made a laughing stock when they laughed at me with his friend saying if l bought bread at pick and pay and went back for it l would be told to F**k off

He did not even at least try to investigate for starters look at the footage as they have cameras, 2, Call the person who loaded the material and ask nje 3 At least count the remaining stock for it was a few iterms left,

he just left me there and sent a message that they cant release my material

all l ask for is my case to be treated fairly only,
