Leroy Merlin Bad service, yet again

Second bad experience using Leroy Merlin ****tle Falls). I'm about 2km from Builder's Warehouse and 4km away from Chamberlains, yet I drive all the way to Leroy Merlin in Little Falls, 13km! (There is a Chamberlains Super store and a Builder's Warehouse on the same road as Leroy Merlin).

I placed the order on Saturday, 22 Aug (Order 219567) and accepted a delivery on Wednesday, 26 Aug. So I rearrange my whole calendar to receive the order on Wednesday. Today, Thursday, 27 Aug, I had to phone to find out what was going on. THEY ONLY PREPARED THE ORDER ON WEDNESDAY! No phone call, no sms, just ***** you Mr Customer!

Also, if the customer care person could care less, she'd be a pot plant!

Clearly they are not serious about customer service!
