Leroy Merlin - AVOID THEIR ONLINE SALES!!!
I have had an order pending since the 25th of May 2020, I have called *** multiple times since to query it and was told that it was being escalated but nothing has happened. No reply from their *** address either.
They have had the batteries 'on order' for weeks yet there is stock showing at Little Falls. When I placed the order it showed as in stock and immediately changed. This is my first time purchasing from Leroy Merlin and I would not recommend them based on my experience.
People try to be conscious of the ongoing pandemic but when online service from vendors across the country is in shambles it is more convenient for people to just go to stores despite the risks.

13 Jun 2020, 11:17Vidya contacted me a few days ago to try and sort the issue. To her credit I know that she went the extra mile to try and escalate and bring the issue to closure. Unfortunately the people doing the logistics and orders at Leroy Merlin are the weak link. I finally received a delivery after hours on Friday but they had sent the wrong batteries and an inferior product to what I paid for.
Vidya said that she will initiate a refund process. Hopefully that will be the first thing to go smoothly but I made it clear that I won't use Leroy Merlin online again nor will I recommend them.
