Leroy merlin and nucleus couriers' carelessness !
I bought a few items from Leroy merlin on their black Friday specials. my first parcel was delivered but my second parcel was delivered to the "wrong address". Leroy merlin handed my parcel over to nucleus couriers, I cannot tract the driver whom now says he delivered the parcel to the receiver whom denies this with evidence. And Leroy merlin refuses to share driver information due to company policy, should I except my order is lost not to be retrieved?
Please be very careful when doing online orders and please be weary of nucleus couriers.
