Leroy Merlin and Internet Express delivery ***********, never order anything online

Leroy Merlin the company you trust to deliver my order is *****.......This company is supposed to deliver a product i ordered from Leroy Online. I have been waiting for them to deliver since last week friday for my christmas gift. i call them and they keep promising to speak to the driver whose is always on his way to deliver. Now as i speak they kept me on hold and they have been hanging up my calls after putting me on hold for more than 20 minutes.... Leroy Merlin i want my order or refund me my money.
