LEROY MERLIN - ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

I have no words for this company. OMW, never ever have I been **** too so much from one company. Placed an order, for a simple pine board. It was bought online. Expected delivery 26 September (really), well it is now 10 Oct, and after numerous phones call and emails, (very rude staff, no return phone calls, nothing), we get an email to say:

"Unfortunately, the initial order was handed over to the courier, we are not able to track the parcel. The store has advised that they do not have stock to fulfil the order. They will process a refund.

We apologies for not meeting your expectations and the inconvenience caused.

For any further assistance please don't hesitate to contact us again and please do rate my service once you receive this email regarding your service satisfaction." Lerato Mahhoba

Leroy Merlin please advise me WHEN I WILL GET MY REFUND, YOU HAVE A HELL OF A LOT OF PEOPLE ASKING FOR A REFUND. WITH NOTHING HAPPENING.
