Leroy Merlin, a big disappointment

Leroy Merlin Edenvale store is a big disappointment. I bought a table top and it was delivered with two deep scratches and clearly the person who wrapped it knew of those scratches because they were the first thing I noticed when it was delivered. The level of disregard for their customers and customer service in this regard is nothing short of poor and disappointing. They collected the top and now no one is saying anything regarding the delivery of the new one...I cant get through to the store, their call centre keeps putting calls no hold to a point where the phone cuts and this is the fourth time it happens in one day.
