Terrible service! Ordered an item 3 weeks ago,.now it's missing and no refund, contacted customer service by email and phone, but they never reply. I stated that I want to be refunded, but they just don't bother to reply. Who knows how long the refund process is going to take now?! Save yourself the trouble and order somewhere else!
