Leeroy Merlin - Where are your Employees!!

As usual, building yard staff are non-existent. Even staff from returns/refunds dept couldn't get a hold of the building yard staff. Had to ask the cashier for assistance. 1 staff member said to him, "This guy must wait" , not knowing i understood what what being said. So I waited, 33 minutes for a piece of timber to be cut. The cashier who tried to assist requested assistance from another staff member, who never showed up. Eventually decided to asked for a refund. Refund staff, 10 stars. @Leeroy Merlin, either train your employees, or get more employees. I'm sure my little transaction would not make a difference to your billion euro profit. So I would rather take my business down the road to Builders Warehouse or Chamberlains. Remember, TIA!
