Lazy staff, terrible customer service and lies

Boksburg branch is a joke, customer service staff are completely pointless. I was looking for a mirror for my daughters infinity mirror project. I was **** to by the lady at the glass cutting dept, she said there are no mirrors in stock and only stock will arrive in January. I then went back there the next day, bought a "fancy" mirror for R949 because I really needed a mirror. Then I needed a sheet of glass cut for this project, the fellow working in the glass cutting section was super helpful and I assisting him by telling him exactly what I needed, then he showed me the huge stock of mirrors he had too, so I had just wasted R949 for nothing, due to the lady's laziness, to make matters worse, when I returned the "supervisor" was there and he treated me like complete garbage because I had allegedly stepped into an unauthorized area. This place and its staff needs training urgently including its supervisors. I did make mention of this entire debacle to the manager there, but I personally believe, like everything else in this country, nothing will ever be done about this.
