Lazy floor salesman turning customers away!!!

I saw a Floating solar fountain on their website. Contacted the Boksburg branch to make sure they have stock before going to the store. The gentleman confimed that they have 3 in stock. Went to the store and asked one of the floor salesman to point me in the right direction for the product. He rep**** that they do not stock such a product. Eventually I had to go onto their website to show them that they do sell the product. They then asked another salesman to assist me. Eventually I got the product to purchase. The people on the floor is very quick to say that they don't have a certain product because they are too lazy to assist customers. They are turning customers away. Bad bad service at the store.
