Leroy Merlin’s is not suitable in assisting customers to have wood cut other than a straight line. I bought two R5000 boards that I must now have cut at another company as their machinery is totally limited. I have been to 3 stores in Gauteng. After calling head office and being told they are operating. I drove 35km (today alone) only to find this was not true. They advertise workshops that assist with cutting however they rent that space to flea market type stalls. Clearly customer service comes second to making an extra profit.
