Received product incorrectly advertised (wrong altogether) not as per picture - completely different 10 aug. 2 sep today still no return or anyone seeming to know when, who, why , where.... Last few calls made (maybe 12 in total) was to Ann - 26 aug - 10:05 Nerisha 26 aug - 10:07 Eventually Alfred - 11:31 - who advise will collect - try for Friday 28th Refund will happen immediately - NONE of which has happened. Call back again today - no one know what's happening. JOKE - no other words to define the operation here.
