Is Leroy Merlin really doing this, or is it a Staff member error?
I purchased a removals trolley from Leroy Merlin some time ago. Both wheel tubes gave in and when I attempted to purchase new inner tubes they told me that I cannot purchase an inner tube only and would have to purchase the rim, tyre and tube at 10 times the price of an inner tube. Is this even legal?

We understand your frustration regarding the inner tubes. Unfortunately, we do not sell trolley components or accessories separately. The removals trolley is supp**** and sold as a complete unit, and spare parts such as inner tubes are not available for individual purchase.

This attitude displays a total lack of Customer care and gross profiteering. They state that they do not sell components for their product?
1. Is a tyre, rim and tube not a component in itself? (but you have to purchase the entire package at an exorbitant price)
2. Do they warn prospective customers that their product cannot be serviced due to non availability of components?
How can they compete with similar Business with such an attitude and policy???
