Irate Customer

If there was zero star rating I would give you that. Firstly you got my order wrong, you took time to collect and deliver the correct ceiling boards. This was supposed to be a weekend project now it has turned into a month thing . I have to wait until September for you to receive stock. Secondly poor customer service and communication. No one communicated that you’re out of stock. On the tracking system it shows that it should be collect and be on its way. It was supposed to be delivered on the 10th as the portal says, till this day nothing and no one cares to call and communicate that. I hate the service of this store. I am livid Thirdly, when the stock was available the consultant couldn’t assist with a payment link hence we hear now because on that day the stock was available. I had to make a separate order For a big store like this to not generate a simple payment link💔
