Incorrect delivery attempt, no resolution, no response from LMSA
On 11 October I placed an online order with Leroy Merlin for delivery of 6 cubic meters of building sand at R2423. LMSA attempted to deliver, via Nucleus their delivery partner, 6 compost sized bags of 0.03 cubic meters valued at R30 each which I'd sent the delivery team back with. I've made numerous attempts to attain feedback via LMSA digital channels to resolve this incorrect order yet 10 days later LMSA has not responded at all.
