All the staff members are ***********. I have dealt with over 5 different people and all of them promised to call me back regarding my query, they never did. Firstly a wrong order was delivered to the wrong address on my profile. After a month of being told it was found and dispatched I still have not received it. I requested a refund, over 3 weeks ago I am still waiting, holding on the phone for a long time without assistance. I don't know how they still even open their stores because they really don't know what the mission of their business is.
